Christian County Genealogical Society will be presenting a Cemetery Walk (actually 3 of them) on May 19th, 2024. Various actors will portray notable people who are buried at Harper’s Ferry Cemetery just outside Palmer. The presentations will be at 1, 2 and 3pm. Actors will portray the local individuals and tell stories of their lives and historical significance to the Harper’s Ferry and Palmer communities.

You may recognize some of the actors, you may recognize some of the individual names from the communities past, each have their own stories that need to be remembered and shared. Some are happy stories, some sad, some are really curious and some are just amazingly interesting.
